Paxum wire transfer cost

Hi folks,

how much it costs for you? Since they failing to send me Card already twice I tried wire transfer.

There are $50 fee deducted when I started wire transfer, and another $30 fee somewhere in between as I received $30 less than I expected. Combined it costs me $80. They never mentioned another $30 fee for intermediary bank Pay Dek that seems is their own company.

Thanks for feedback

No more Wire for me, too expensive unless you withdraw 1k and up. IMO
Eft is great and cheap $8.95 in Canada with no other fee from my bank.

Hi thanks for feedback, unfortunately no EFT in my country/bank whatever. I'm usually 1k+ per month paxum but it doesn't mean that I like extra $30 fee , and I'm regularly receiving wire from other companies but never seen all fees more than $45 per transaction.

I usually cost me around $110 in total, after the Paxum and paydex fee, my bank also charges $25 to process it. I started to use epayments whenever I can, they only charge $15

My bank charges a minimal amount for receiving the Paxum wires, around $0.3, so my total cost is $50.30.

You may want to try a bank account at a bank with a big international network. Better chances that you'll receive the wire directly, without intermediary banks adding fees along the way.

That said, with Paxum's super high $50 charge, they really ought to send the payments as "OUR" rather than "SHA" as they do now. ( https://www.globalmediapro.com/conte...ntInstructions )
So that if any additional fees occur during the transfer, they would cover it. Or send as "SHA", but then charge only $20-$25.

Thanks for the feedback, so after all my case is not worst one, there are more fees depending on country/bank.

Quite frankly in my history of receiving wire transfers from USA companies I have never see wire transfer that costs more than $45-$50 per transactions, that's why $80 for wire was suspicious to me.

Exactly, my point was that paxum need better partners/procedures in sending wires as my bank after all is ok bank as I already received a lot of wires and never see that extra charges in between.

Thanks for the feedback

You need to get money directly to your bank card with $6 + 2.95% fee as they advertise for small amounts and not use wires. It's all works and cheaper. Not to Paxum card, but yours bank one.

If you are withdrawing more than $1500 then wires work out to be a lot cheaper.

2.95% of 1500 plus $6 = $50.25

Hi thanks for the feedback, I used to to use withdrawal to external card (my bank card) but it stopped to work like 3 months ago. Since then I tried wire and use it.

Paxum master card status

MasterCard
000000XXXXXX0000
Submitted Submitted (Submitted on 2018-10-29)
This process can take up to 10 business days. Total Card delivery time to receive it is approximately 6 weeks.

And of course not received yet. First temporary card we avoided as it never came to my address, now in October I paid about $7 for new card and probably will never see it ...

So I'm tied to wire transfer at the moment.

Well, since he pay $80 or more it's not that wire cheaper, and if he at more close to $1k than to $1.5-2K card much cheaper like $36 or bit more in total. Or even less, since they deduct $6 first and then take % ;)

Just few days ago Paxum said all works now. They did had that issues, yes.

But they also have something like I can't withdrawn to Mastercard, only Visas
Then also issue that date issue of card should be like 0x/201x or so if it was like 11/2017 it wouldn't work

But they claim all fixed. Try again and report here. $80 is way too much!!!

Wire is $50, 2-3 days it will be there in your bank account.
EFT is $8.95, 5 days at least.
