Absolutely, but Porn, (production) is a lot different. In LA especially. There is a lot of dating, and a lot of the reasons why people enter the business. I agree with you fully. You shouldn’t be fucking talent. But you’re little asking too much of an industy filled with people who’d otherwise be flipping burgers. Porn is the last stop for many, and to expect behaviors fitting of a board room is like asking an octarian to break dance. My point is, just how standards get lowered for minorities and people of color, the same needs to be said of people in porn. You simply can’t expect “corporate” behavior from people who have sex for a living. As harsh as that may sound, that is the truth for many.

But the power of the industry is that it is non centralized, and anyone can start up something without a governing body. Expecting too much only leads to regulation and bureaucracy, even if it is well intentioned, and you know where the path of good intentions leads.

No prob good buddy. Producing my own content, Directing, web mastering, marketing, I see all sides of the industry. The problem is today is much like Jussie Smollet, there is value in social currency and victim status. Especially with the rush to judgement. People make up their minds too quickly, but with all the manufactured outrage that has failed, kavanaugh, covington, leigh raven, jussie, stoya, this girl, I think people are willing to put this temperance era aside and go back to a renaissance of rationality. I’m seeing many say, “now hold on there, let’s wait for both sides.”
