Times have changed. Hard to find any ONE sponsor who yields the highest EPV every day of the week and across multiple different GEOs.
We've compiled and split test them all in addition to our exclusives and our optimizations done via our smartlinks are always sending to the offer(s) yielding the best EPV for any given day/device/geo/etc. If you plan to do the split testing on your own then we have direct links for a ton of offers as well. What I will say is that you just sign up for 1-2 advertisers and plug some banners in without split testing on all ends you will absolutely be leaving some money on the table.

You need to test what works for you. CrakRevenue has hundreds of premium dating offers and they also have dating smartlinks that convert very well.
