59-year old John Paul Davis accused his wife, 56-year old Latoyah Johnson, of taking advantage of his handicap to “dishonestly and fraudulently make him believe that she was Caucasian”.

He claims that she knew that he would never have accepted to marry her if he “had known that she was black”, and consciously hid her origins from him for more than three decades.

Ms Johnson refutes her husband’s allegations of lying an abusing his confidence, saying that she made no effort to hide her skin color, and that she thought he had been aware of it during a those years.

Although Mr Davis’ allegations are unlikely to have any effect on the results of the divorce procedure, they have already generated a lot of reaction, both from the audience inside the courthouse and on the social media.

Some people simply noted that the couple, visibly had some communication problems, while others openly sided with Ms Johnson, calling her husband a “moron”, a “racist pig”, and many other colorful names.

This controversial case is scheduled to appear in court again on April 25, unless the parties reach an improbable agreement before that date.

An Albuquerque woman is suing Samsung for $1.8 million after she necessitated medical attention after inserting her cell phone inside her vagina and was unable to retrieve it for 96 hours.
Salma Briant, 39, claims her medical bills at the University of New Mexico Hospital amount to $1,168,000 and that she has suffered from severe psychological distress because of the whole ordeal.

A Samsung spokesman said they would not comment on this case at this moment but explained that an out-of-court settlement was still an option on the table.

Apple faced a similar lawsuit in 2014 after a man had attempted to swallow fourteen iPhones and ended up in the emergency room for mercury poisoning.

Apple was eventually forced to legally specify that their products were not fit for human consumption and the man was conceded an undisclosed amount of money.

A dairy farmer from Southern Ireland says he was sexually assaulted for two days by “an extremely short bearded humanoid” which he says is a leprechaun.

In an exclusive interview broadcasted this morning on RTÉ, Angus Brennan from Watergrasshill, near Cork, says he was milking his cows on Saturday when he was hit on the head from behind with a shovel or similar tool.

The attack knocked him out, and when he woke up a few hours later, he had been tied up to a support beam inside his own barn.

The 54-year old farmer says he was repeatedly raped over the next 40 hours by a “waist-high midget with a red beard and a cocked hat”.

“It wasn’t human! It was short, fiendish and spoke in gibberish.”
According to Mr. Brennan, the “leprechaun” raped him more than 20 times over the weekend before leaving for some unknown reason.

“It used me in every possible way over a period of two days, and then it left. A few hours later, I was finally able to free myself from my bonds and call the police.”
Gardaí officers and paramedics arrived on the site within minutes and found Mr. Brennan lying in a pool of his own blood.

He was transported to the Bon Secours Hospital in Cork where doctors observed “obvious signs of a violent sexual aggression”.

Gardai Commissioner Noirin O’Sullivan confirmed that the national police force had opened an investigation, but insisted that investigators were, at the moment, looking for “human” suspects.

It’s rather improbable that the rapist turns out to be a Leprechaun, a type of fairy in Irish folklore usually depicted as little bearded men who partake in mischief.
