The data i have here about Paxum Prepaid Card:

Submitted (Submitted on 2018-10-24 05:31:45)

And the latest response from support 2 weeks ago :

we expect the processing of your card to be completed in the shortest time possible, after which it will be sent to printing. Once it's printed, we'll send the card to your location in the shortest time possible.
We thank you for your patience and understanding.

If the temporary card would have been off since 2 weeks i would have understood this answer but now it's been since 3 months, without mentioning the fact that the supposed permanent card is on queue since 8 months. I expect more transparency from Paxum now :helpme

I would wait just a bit more just in case they finally get it to work. But given the number of days we have been waiting I expect Paxum to issue a statement saying that the will not be able to use those UnionPay at all. They are probably trying to find yet another replacement and will ask to order some other card they will find. Then we will wait another 2 months to get it, etc, etc.

I hope I'm wrong, I really do. But despite Ruth said that it's just a technical issue, I think everybody understand that the real story must be a lot more complicated than that.

Pretty much this...
Maybe UnionPay knows now how most of the funds came from.. and We know how is china about pron...

PAXUM DOES NOT MAKE CARDS! you understand? :helpme

Since you requested the new card in 2018, I'm pretty sure you won't receive it.. Mine was shipped on 2018-05-10, but never arrived. I have applied for the new Unionpay Card in May, 2019, right after it was announced, and it's already here. I can't activate it or use it, but at least the card is here... the one from last year never arrived..

hdbuilder 07-15-2019 10:23 AM

I am also starting to loose confidence that we will ever see that UnionPay card work, I have received mine for more than a month an a half now....

zerovic 07-15-2019 10:36 AM

Just got a reply from Ruth

I'm sorry but I don't have any more details to provide. When we have an update we will notify all clients.
Thanks,

Shitty service that we are stuck with.

I have switched some payments to ePayments

el_mago 07-16-2019 08:28 AM

The details of your transaction are complicated because there are funds in motion. All is well.

MatureKing 07-18-2019 01:30 AM

So if we will have no further update on Monday, we fucked up

nastymaster 07-18-2019 02:04 AM

Does not work again.

if you are referringt to the new UnionPay card, you should say "never worked at all".

Looks like for some reason they found out after making the card avail that they can't even use it. Hope they will find yet another card soon...

brassmonkey 07-18-2019 06:56 AM

Unfortunately there will be a minor delay in activation as the processor made some changes to their API for activation and we are finalizing a few details and testing it first to make sure everything is in order. As soon as this process is completed then we will be updating the Unionpay card statuses. This should be completed very soon and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and delay.

Ruth, this message you posted it on 06-06-2019. That was 6 weeks ago! Can they give you an honest update about this and explain what is really going on?

Why should they do that? Maybe an honest update can break their biz

Ok then without explaining the shit behind this, hopefully then can tell me if I should destroy that UnionPay the card or not. At least I would stop waiting and find another solution to take out my money.

Been 6 weeks since the minor delay so it's probably time to look at some other method of withdrawal. Just remember USD wires don't work right now.

MatureKing 07-20-2019 12:16 AM

rowan paxum wires work https://m.gfy.com/fucking-around-and...ys-update.html

"temporarily", how long? No information?

If they're being dicked around by a contracted partner, Paxum probably know as much about timeframes as their customers do. If they had firm timelines I'm sure they'd be releasing that information. :2 cents:

tornell 07-20-2019 11:20 AM

for me working all fine

MatureKing 07-23-2019 06:41 AM

So what did I tell ? No explanation

SleepWalker 07-23-2019 12:17 PM

Ruth, please with sugar on top. Can ask your boss for an update regarding the UnionPay card? Will we ever be able to activate it?

I don't think so... It's been a month since I received my card, and let's be honest here.. no api integration takes weeks or months... :2 cents:

MatureKing 07-24-2019 03:30 AM

Seems China smells adult odor

Sid70 07-24-2019 08:20 AM

Transferwise.

black2009 07-24-2019 09:16 AM

Is transfer to external card still work with Puxum?

zerovic 07-25-2019 01:56 AM

Exactly.

MatureKing 07-25-2019 03:38 AM

Paxum have troubles , for sure. The card should work asap, because send new one need power and money.. Better if they run that you received

AllAboutCams 07-25-2019 05:43 AM

Why were the cards even sent if it does not work

That's the question of the year...

Canada-eh 07-25-2019 08:03 AM

It's likely only going to get worse before and if it gets better. Banks are getting more heavily regulated by the day and unfortunately some of the adult sites that use Paxum for processing are no more than thinly veiled scams with hidden cross sells, virtually impossible to cancel trials and other practices that are simply boiler room tactics. I wouldn't doubt that the day is coming when no banks will touch Paxum. Paxum themselves have admitted that they are already the subject of greatly increased actions in the US.

As mentioned before we have been integrating and testing the unionpay api after they made changes to it, and based on the latest report from the techs everything should be resolved by the end of this week.

If you already received a unionpay card please bear with us and you should be able to activate and use it by the end of this week.

Please note, the unionpay api change also affected the ability to update card status inside paxum accounts, so it's entirely possible that your card may have already shipped but still shows the printing status.

I'll post another update once i've been given confirmation that everything is completed and live.

---

with regards to the trucash issued cards, our legal department is involved in the matter and we are in negotiation with wfcu to try to resolve the situation in the best possible way for affected paxum clients. Clients are more than welcome to follow the instructions provided by wfcu to return the card, or they can choose to wait to see what our legal department can arrange. We hope to have an update on this very soon.

So yeah, still no real answers. I asked her again what the problem is, but I doubt they will ever tell us.. It's sad, because Paxum was a great service and it their old mastercards were working great everywhere, every time. Too bad they are going down the drain :(

nastyrat 07-30-2019 06:53 PM

The API problem is the key revoked by unionpay

They are probably trying to find a new card provider before announcing the deal with Union Pay was cancelled.
