Nations need to ensure the weapons they export do not end up being used for genocide, crimes against humanity, war crimes or terrorist acts. If they do find out the arms will be used for any of these, they need to stop the transfer.

I looked some news up and there they say Trump might try to get another treaty. Because China and Iran are producing long distance rockets that can have a nuclear head. And those countries never signed an agreement. So let's see what happens.
