I have to congratulate apple on making a monitor stand that ........................................moves!
you can move the........................................monitor !!!!!!!!! amazing invention!!!!....its not like every other monitor on earth that comes with a free stand that you can move the monitor on...noooooooooooooooooooo.....this is an EXTERNAL stand that you have to BUY for 1000$ so that you can............................................... ..........move the monitor! oh my fucking god! apple keeps inventing new ways of cucking its gay fan bois and they love it!...apple users buttholes are always well broken in and regularly visited... |

I'm not crazy about the Apply Monitors. They are nice but really over priced. The new Mac Pro is supposed to be cheaper when you add up all of its components, but it too is over priced, at least for my needs.
I think that if you are into 3D model making and rendering and want to render content in 4K or 8K then the Mac Pro is probably what people would need, or at least, be prepared to spend $5k for a PC equivalent. Personally though I'm thrilled with my 2018 Mac Mini and 49" Monitor which together came in at a far less price. The PC/Apple feud will continue forever of course. Even if 1 computer is better or faster than the other one, it comes down to personal preference. To me, the Apple OS/X Operating system and ecosystem are purrrrrrfect. Everything works - it never fails - and everything talks to everything. The same might be true now for Windows 10 but in my personal experience working with both, Macs & OS/X always beat PC's and Windows. (On a side note, you can run Windows on a Mac, and you can run OS/X on a PC. So really now you can have the best of both worlds). |

you pay 6000$ for the monitor only and it does NOT come with a stand or mount...you have to buy the stand for 1000$
so cheapest version of the cheese grater is 6000$...cheapest monitor is 5000$ and stand is 1000$...12.000$ for the cheapest mac pro raaaaaaaape! |

Looking forward to the day you can configure the new Mac Pro on their website, currently the estimate for the maxed out model is about $50,000 (without the monitor and the stand).
But hey, their stock went back up again, good news for me
