I'd bet it's just a replica kit car company, but with out there being any sort of story just pictures who knows. The kit car companies always have to change a small amount so it's not a perfect copy.. This company may be in trouble due to using the trademarked logos..
Another thing is with kit cars they are a "kit' that you put together, so maybe that helps skirt the trademark laws. Perhaps this company's undoing is they were trying to sell completed cars? For the record Ford Shelby Cobra's is the most reproduced car in existence..
