Loadedcash

Them: We're canceling you, not enough volume.

Me: That's fine send me my balance.

Them: We're keeping the balance as it hasn't reached the minimum payout.

Is that even legal? It's bad business.

Bad move if true - The 'min payout' is one of my pet hates - Take out your expenses, but pay what you owe...

Is there more to the story? If not then hopefully you just cost them 100 times what they took from you.

Anyway they haven't converted for most regular affiliates since 2011/2012. They used to do reasonably well and then one month it all just fell apart here. I have a $70 balance with them which I have had for years. I no longer send them traffic. I asked ONCE for the payment and asked them to close my account over a year ago. They ignored me. I didn't bother further. Whatever.

Many companies close accounts that are not active, but when you send someone sales you agree to the min payout.. When they close your account they remove your ability to hit the min and should pay the balance or leave the account open.

sponsors should pay the balance no matter how much is it and what their min payout - unless acc is getting closed is because of fraud. everything else is bullshit.

I will try to reply to you all by sticking as much as possible to the facts.

We are NOT "cancelling" any account.
All accounts remains active and if you reach your $100 minimum, we will pay you like we always did for the past 10 years.

1 - We do cease accepting traffic on PPL campaigns if the traffic does not work on our offers ? but we would always pay for the leads that an affiliate has sent us so far even if it is not profitable. It does not make sense though for us to continue to take unprofitable traffic. If we ask an affiliate to stop sending us traffic on PPL because their traffic is not working for us, i believe this is a reasonable request. We do not shut down accounts if PPL traffic does not work but welcome those affiliates to send on PPS campaigns. An account will never be ?shut down? or "cancelled" for not being profitable.

2 - The minimum payment amount of $100 is a reasonable minimum. We use it to manage our administrative fees as a policy. This type of policy is quite common in our industry. It is not meant to keep affiliates? money but to manage our administrative work and fees.

3 - The only reason we would ever shut down an account and not payout is if the traffic is fraudulent ? fake leads, carding, etc. that will not turn into real revenue etc. ? this is a reasonable business practice and is essential to stay in business so we can pay for affiliates traffic

4 - The management of Loadedcash have been operating an affiliate program for over a decade and have a solid reputation for paying our affiliates every payout and on time.

5 - If anyone has a specific issue that they would like to address please reach out to me by email or skype (in my sig below)

Decent company would pay out under minimum when closing the account.
Most do so.

In my book this is bad business. Especially a 'big company' should not fuck around with such policies and should pay. If not automatically, than on request. If someone w a balance is requesting a payment or to close his account and pay the outstanding balance: he should get paid. Not paying in a case like this is a douche thing.

They stopped converting around 2012 though. Why should he send traffic to them at 1:100,000 when everyone else does 1:400 just to make one more sale to get the minimum?

When you want to close your account and move on the company should pay you the balance. This is standard business practice. At most if there are worries about fraud then wait up to six months and if there is a question as to processing fees deduct $5 from the balance. That is reasonable.

A company which does not payout like that is either ran by assholes or desperate.

Btw after they quit converting I started calling them "load of shit" cash.

Usually companies do this as a money grab. They probably have a ton of accounts with money below minimum send out, most affiliate programs do. What better way to steal than cancel the affiliate for some cocked up reason? Obviously they need the money. It's hard to look at all that cash sitting there without trying to figure out a way to steal it.
The thing about porn is there are no repercussions when you're ripped off.

You can simply use your % to do that. Affiliates money is not something you use for your administrative fees as a policy. Or did I miss something?

That's not correct. When you promote thousand of different programs, and some of them crappy programs which convert less then others, then it is pointless to send traffic to them anymore, as with that you would lose money by not sending it to better converting program. Too bad ccbill was slacking so much and didnt stayed dominant platform as it used to be.
