Why? Here in Europe slowly every country legalizes CBD only. Here in Greece the last 2 years CBD is legal and THC limit is under 0,2%. But I think in Swiss THC is legal too, also in Amsterdam is legal at coffee shops.

In USA I think every state has different law for that, right?

So for Europe Cannabis and things from that is good market IMO.
