Who can help me settle a debate
I am having an argument with someone about where a site is hosted
the site is Private escort directory of Australia - Scarlet Blue. it tells me that it is hosted in the USA, or am i wrong ? |

That IP is allocated to Cloudfare in the US. I don't know the physical location of any server, if any.
