I Just Reinstalled Chrome - Amazing...
I hadn't realized how slow everything had become - Today it got ridiculous so I reinstalled - It's like a new computer - I can't imagine the shit that was on it before.....
Try it - It took about 3 minutes...

i did this last time , it was pretty fast for couple of minutes,
then it synced and downloaded everything from server. coockies, cache , bookmarks, user settings , plugins,history and then it became slow again. so if you sync everything theres not much change to it. just saying.

Were you a bunch of versions behind?
This is my current version. Version 79.0.3945.117 (Official Build) (64-bit) Havent had any issues yet with chrome. Firefox can be a real pain in the ass some times tho.

Chrome this thing in settings. Go to settings / Advanced / Reset and Clean Up. Maybe it's all you needed

You can try by having two profiles - one for testing extensions, and second with only things what you really need.
