Happy Veterans Day to the heroic men & women who served and continue to serve our country. Thank you Veterans for your sacrifice and for protecting our freedom.

How many Veterans do we have on GFY? I joined the Army in 1999. I was a MP (95B) and it was one of the best decisions of my life. I decided to leave once my enlistment was done but the discipline it taught me has carried over into my business today

I served in the Navy for 8 years as an Ocean Systems Technician.

I think i heard somewhere that Rochard was a Marine but I could have that wrong ;p

Thanks, I was going to post my pics after basic training but I'm a little embarrassed by them ;) I was sooo young!

I think a lot of GFY'ers have served in army. Most of males are former servicemen as I think.
