You would think that someone would be able to confirm this though, I mean there had to be someone that knows him - he's been in it for a while.

There used to be around 3000 Jineteras on the Malecon every afternoon before that. 20 bucks a night. Best place in the world. And back in those days there were less than a 100 tourists looking for them.
