Affiliates - What tasks do you outsource?
Recently paid somebody on Fiverr $10 to create a simple favicon for one of my sites. Would have taken me at least an hour, so obviously worth it (I make over $10 an hour
 ).I think that might have been the first time I have 'outsourced' a task like that in over a decade of being an adult (affiliate) webmaster. What other tasks should I be paying somebody else to do? Do many of you outsource nearly everything you do? I have mainly WordPress built porn blogs. I write all my own text, which is by far the most time consuming thing, but don't really want to outsource that to some guy in India with non-fluent English. But maybe it would be worthwhile for some of my smaller blogs I struggle to update regularly. And what other services do you use/recommend other than Fiverr? |

Design, sys admin / network ops stuff. Some writing, but not much since I don't have many money sites that are blogs these days.. and if I did, I would do the writing on those.
