I have been looking around and found a few and thought some of you guys might like to buy into them. These all pay a dividend. If you dont understand the value of a dividend share ask.

SPYD This is at the top price range and slowly growing but still worth the buy in.

XOM I got in this at 46 and its going up. Also a nice dividend.

SUN I think this is going to continue to grow as well in price.

NLY this has a pretty damn good dividend. 40 shares will get you about 1 new per quarter.

ARKX. This is new and I got it because the lady behind it seems to do well. This is a mix of tech stocks. it should do well with growth and dividends. But its new like 2 months or less so it needs time.

All of these return a dividend and have an easy cost to get into. Buy one a month if you must. Eventually you have enough that the dividends take over and you just keep growing.

If you are looking for some stocks for growth only think about the cruise lines.

RCL

All of these will go back to the previous highs and maybe even higher. They are all still on a dip from 2 years ago.
