Clips For Sale Offering Health Insurance for Performers and Studios

From their site:

We put the CARE in Healthcare for Fetish Content Creators
Navigating the healthcare marketplace can be confusing and intimidating, and for fetish models and studios with unique jobs and health concerns, this might be even harder. With that in mind, Clips4Sale is excited to help our US based models and studios get the insurance coverage they need, with a level of service they deserve. Trained dedicated agents will work with you to make the experience of getting healthcare a breeze through their understanding and experience, with agents in all 50 states!

info: https://c4shealthportal.com

Do make sure you read the caveat emptor when registering though.
"By submitting this form, you authorize VelaPoint, LLC, and/or its affiliates to contact you at the e-mail address and phone number provided (even if the number you provided is on a state or National Do Not Call registry). This contact may include providing you with insurance quotes, policy and benefit information, and/or marketing information. The company may contact you using live operators, auto-dialers, pre-recorded messages, text messages,and/or emails. You acknowledge that you are not required to consent to contact as a condition of receiving services and that you may revoke consent at any time."

Translation: They are just offering the "opportunity" to request a quote. In other words, they are affiliate marketing insurance to their data base of producers. Pay-per-lead anyone? lol

Hopefully, they are hooking people up with good plans, and I like that they are trying, but WTF with "Without health insurance, diagnosis and non-surgical treatment for a broken arm typically costs up to $2,500 or more. Without health insurance, surgical treatment of a broken arm typically costs $16,000 or more."

The cash patient price for a broken bone could be less than $2,500 at a good urgent care and the "reference" site https://health.costhelper.com/broken-arm.html looks very clickbaity and not terribly legit.

I can't imagine life without public health insurance. I have never paid for a doctor, hospital care, or emergency treatment in my life.

Healthcare is super important and it sucks when people get told scary huge dollar amounts for care, so they just go without. Not a lot of Americans have $16k just sitting around. I mean, the US should obviously have a universal healthcare option and be encouraging more people to become healthcare providers etc. but that's a bigger topic.

Where are you and what is your situation that you think you don't pay for healthcare?

Canada. I grew up with it. I have never even thought about paying for a doctor or treatment. I pay for extended care which covers my drugs and a private hospital room. I usually pay 3 or 4 dollars for prescription drugs, but have paid up to 25 for the more expensive products. I lived in London for over a decade...same thing.

Unless you've never worked for a living, of course you pay for the Canadian healthcare system, but you pay with taxes, whether or not you are sick, and it is universal. It cuts out the type of insurance which inflates healthcare costs for everyone and is a better system, but it is not a free system.

Yes, I know private healthcare options spring up in places with universal public ones, but they are right-priced from not having patients be desperate the same way as in the US system.

Oh I know its not free. But neither are the roads. But chances are the road outside my house won't bankrupt me.
