Entire site being copied - GoFuckYourself.com

What do you guys do when some douchebag copies your entire site. I mean literally a copy, its synched in someway that it updates instantly when i change something on the site.
The only difference is that the doucebag has a different domain name.

We managed to block videos from streaming on his site so we're "fine", however google seem to have indexed him properly (all pages including meta tags,titles etc) and he even ranks page 2 for keywords directly related to our domain name.

What can i do to have him taken down or at least kicked out of google?

Theres a way to report him. It might be in webmaster tools
