ISP blocking email ports
Hello
![]() 993 for IMAP and 465 for SMTP. When asked to unblock the ports the support asked for IP address... Is that the computers IP or email servers IP? ..is this a stupid question? ![]() |

Stupid question , ask them to disable whatever blocks they have on your service that you don’t want anything blocked.
