In office I have to wear a decent suit, office type You know, with a tie , shirt and a jacket.

Moscow is a fucking stupid place when it comes to clothes too. You come in a shop or a restaraunt , or hire a new person , in jeans and a t-shirt and guess fucking what? They look at You like You do something wrong.
Do the same in an expensive suit and guess what? Well...I'd put it this way...When I came in my office in jeans I noticed that new people I hired sometimes ...dont know how to put it right...behave wrong so to say.
I called my friend (russian, but he lives in states now by the way) and asked his advice on subject.

He told me to buy a good suit.
I did that and You know, now I get my morning coffee without even asking for it in exactly 5 minutes after I come in and sit behind my desk.
