A client of mine operates Pleazeme - The Affinity Portal for Pleasure and Sexual Wellness.

She is looking to align with the right business Advisor/Partner who can provide expertise and capital in the for of a short-term loan. The loan will be used to market their ICONIC Hot Events & Sexy Travel Club Membership NFTs.

The loan is for $400K with an 18% interest rate and the advisor will be part of the Joint Venture and will earn up to $277K in compensation for their role in 2022. Once the loan is secured it will be repaid in 120 days, which is the time it will take to build the online community and white list for the drop and hold the NFT sales.
