Eyes & Money: how to combine?

Quite a pressing problem for anyone who works at a computer... It is possible to share your tips from your own experience.

Do you do any exercises to maintain eyesight? Pills, dietary supplements? Any of your own experience from your everyday life?

I thinking about buying computer glasses in order to keep my vision. But there are so many choices , hard to determine which one is right.

Just use blue light blocking glasses. I spend 8 hours a day on my comp for over 20 years and don't have any vision problem with these glasses.

Maintain eyesight? isn't it a debunked myth that staring at screens is bad for your eyes?

Anyway, also +20 years here, no problems. I have never used anything and it has never bothered me.

I once bought these glasses, or rather made them to order. Expensive, good ones. But it was like glass was cutting into my eyes. I ended up changing my laptop. Everything was fine now. Since then, I can manage without computer glasses. But when it comes to a different focusing distance (phone, books), then... Hi, myopia glasses

Harmful. I've already come to this: in literally one month, my eyesight began to drop drastically. It's been 4 years since then: it hasn't recovered to its previous value.

Possible, i been staring at all possible screens from beginning of my life, yet my sight is still in perfect shape. Tho, problem is if screen is not good or colors bad as it can cause a headache after longer exposure.

yup I love my blue light blocking glasses and even cheap pairs at amazon are perfect.

my eyesight is fucked completely, due to the rampant diabetes running unchecked through my body, cause retinal ocular degeneration at an alarming rate...

another reason I like poo. I can smell it to find it, even if i cunt see it...
