paxum - anyone having issues lately?
Hello!
Is anyone having issues with paxum this august (after they updated their UI, not sure if that has to do something with it)? I have two. 1: One of my transactions has simply disappeared and they have been feeding me with some "we are waiting for confirmation" for three weeks now. 2: Two of my EUR EFT transactions have been charged some hefty fee (around 10% of the original amount) despite being performed in EUR to a bank that does not charge for incoming EUR payments. After contacting the beneficiary bank it turned out that the charge came from an intermediate bank. When I contacted paxum support they came back with "We cannot control the route of the payment" which sounds like bs and something very unprofessional for a financial institution to say. This had never happened before and it looks like they clearly changed something on their end. Am I the only one experiencing issues lately or is somebody else suffering as well? |

The second one almost happened to me, when I was trying to do an EUR EFT today and switched back and forth between USD/EUR accounts on that screen then the page somehow forgot to update the exchange rate (which is obviously none when doing and EUR withdrawal from the EUR paxum account to an EUR bank account). So I almost withdrew money from my paxum EUR account to my EUR bank account and was faced with an exchange fee as it would be an paxum USD account.

EFT does have issue.. WIRE is delayed as well.. They changed the intermediate bank from DEK-CO to something new and delays started happening i guess..
Also don't understand why they disabled Live Chat support... |

No issues here, rather I was quite surprised the other week when my EFT showed up the same day. Usually it takes a couple of days but it was there within hours.
Even got my debit card finally but have yet to see if it works heh

I also never had any issues.. but since last 2 wires, its too delayed and support comes back with standard response with no status whatsoever.. We have bills to pay and money is stuck somewhere... We don't know what's going on...
