https://www.coinpayments.net/ https://coingate.com & https://bitpay.com/ but if you're wanting to keep BTC I think best is https://btcpayserver.org/ ps, thanks for looking into offering Bitcoin payouts  |

You just use an exchange and pay them out. You don't need "a company" to do this.
I can buy BTC and any number of other coins directly from my cold storage wallet. |
