I haven't been on the BB forums in years, but I lift 5 days per week on top of being an avid runner and all around athlete.
Only 8.9% of Americans do weightlifting: https://www.bls.gov/opub/ted/2016/sp...-americans.htm So it's safe to assume only about 2% of GFY lifts and most here embrace degeneracy and reject masculinity. But yeah, those videos are dope. I'm glad to see Zyzz's legacy live on through them. Off to the gym now... |
