to get rid of that just click on a blurred image and then click 'manage settings'. then select 'turn off'

tested it with the search phrase 'bare tits' and it works

I see it now, as i said it was not global yet But what i find more interesting how they reversed back default safe search on policy - i guess they figured out how people will go somewhere else if you restrict immediate access to porn
