Dumb adult affiliate internet question to be asking a quarter century in...
So this is probably a dumb question to be asking a quarter century in to digital affiliate promo, but do you prefer encrypted links? What function do they serve, aside from making it more challenging for anyone to occasionally eyeball (or search) whose affiliate link they might be looking at?

I like to do links to a certain page and then 302 redirect that page to my sponsors. And I host the banners, ads, whatever on my domain as well so that they do not get blocked by adblockers.
