I suspect we will see a new format soon.
Not vid but not pics, where you can look around an object or person. The question is would it be a novelty that lasts a few months or something long term.

The tech is neat and I played with some of the first 3d scanners a few years ago when the device we used was about $30,000. Made a few fun models including an avatar of myself.
I can't really see this taking off in the porn world, though.
