Anyone use chewing gum or dog treats for better concentration or strengthening of jaw?

Studies have shown humans may concentrate better when chewing gum, which I completely believe to be true.

https://www.scientificamerican.com/p...rati-13-03-26/

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4449949/

When I was living in the States, I would order Falim brand gum off Amazon. It's made in Turkey and has little to no taste, but is hard to chew and lasts longer than usual sugar-free gum and was the best chewing gum I've had for the purpose of hard chewing.

I'm out of the gum now and can only find the usual flimsy gum such as Dentyne, Eclipse, Trident at grocery stores here in Mexico which loses its rigidity after about 10 minutes of chewing.

So now, I've started chewing natural flavored dog treat sticks. I bought these Ol' Roy dog chew treats at the grocery store which cost $1.25 for a pack of 10

Unfortunately, they get soggy after about 20 minutes of hard chewing.

I've seen commercials for this product Jawzrsize, but I'd rather chew with my back molars instead of my front incisors.

I've also seen these 'Sensory Chew Stick Toys (5 Pack) - Designed for ADHD, Autism, SPD, Oral Motor Stimulation, Special Needs - Extra Tough Sensory Oral Motor Chew Tool for Aggressive Chewer' made of silicone which they claim to be non-toxic.

https://www.amazon.com/Sensory-Chew-...dp/B09SSX1W98/

I drink a lot of liquid protein and meal replacement shakes, which reduces my chewing. I try to eat beef steaks every other day, even though studies show we may not live as long by eating so much red meat.

3/4 of men would rather die earlier than give up eating beef steaks.

https://www.menshealth.com/uk/nutrit...d-meat-health/

I'm trying to achieve a Henry Cavil-tier jaw line.

Anyone have any experience or recommendations with these type of products?

Doing Mewing is the best for the jaw line: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/oyL54HbLxXI

The jawliners you have uploaded are rubbish, the ones I usually use are these ones. They last several weeks until they break:

https://www.amazon.es/dp/B08T79X47B?...duct_detail s

But the majority of people you see on social networks with very marked jaws have had 1 or 2 surgeries.

The minimum is a bichectomy, which is a minor surgery to remove the fat balls and any maxillofacial does it in 10 minutes, for less than €500.

And then mentoplasty, which can be with fat transfer or hyaluronic acid in the chin for minor mentoplasties and with a prosthesis in the most severe cases.

I was taught about mewing, (tongue posture) by a music teacher in the 5th grade and I've always tried to breathe through my nose as much as possible while resting my tongue on the roof of my mouth. I think it's paid off as my jawline is fairly aesthetic-looking and well-developed with nearly perfect teeth without ever having braces.

I feel like those overpriced rubber/plastic exercisers will wear out pretty quickly, so that's why I asked if anybody has used them. Plus, I'm leery of microplastics being toxic. I may stick with the natural dog chewing sticks for now

Having low body fat also helps.

I definitely noticed that square jaw in our AI avatar. I do recall your real photo in your previous avatar looking slightly different though.

There was no ever real photo as my previous avatar. The one which was previous was also AI generated, but unlike this one, was very bad and inaccurate.

I'm just looking into it now but if you YTube James Nestor you'll get some info. He researched breathing and wrote the book, 'Breathe' which was a best seller and has lots of really good info about proper breathing and how, like Tube Ace said above, breathing through your nose and having your tongue at the roof of your mouth all work together with chewing and proper facial alignment.

There is no tomorrow. Every guy seeing that film back then remembers that line.

I use the Jawzercize. The premise that using it alone will improve your jawline is silly, need to lose fat and this gadget is not going to accomplish that. Keto and intermittent fasting certainly will though!

Overall I like it, definitely feel the jaw getting stronger and can see some muscle buildup.

You have to keep going. Your body will balance where it eats the fat. Was my face as well at first and then it balanced out.

From my own personal experience, running is the best form of cardio to burn fat.

My neck, chest, forearms and calves are extremely vascular (veiny) from pushups, boxing, sprinting and distance running.

I do standing calf raises with the full rack of 295 lbs w/ a 45lb plate on top. I often hear "Oh my God!" when girls see my calves from behind while doing calf raises in the gym, or one my favorites "you never know... you never know" or "he might be a fighter" when other dudes stare in amazement due to the weight I can lift at my lean bodyweight. I'm also the only person I've ever seen do a seated calf raise of five 45lb (20kg) plates or twelve 45 lbs plates (~600 lbs total load) performing deep reverse hack squats in a gym at my bodyweight.

I don't talk to anyone at the gym, but I overhear some of the trainers suspect I am a powerlifter due to my functional strength and I don't train for hypertrophy as bodybuilders do.

What's even funnier is, I often hear people mutter "he skips legs day.. hurr durr" while I'm walking around town. If they only knew every day is leg day for me. I might start busting out a few pistol (one-legged) squats the next time I hear such idiotic remarks and then ask them "which leg now???". Nevertheless, the jealousy and envy keeps me going hard every day. I should start a YouTube channel recording people's reactions in the gym for all you non-believers.

To what do you attribute that kind of calf strength?

I think there was a guy, Anatoli I believe, who did something like that on YTube.

distance running, basketball jump shots, and genetics.

Yeah, there's many who film reactions in gyms and in public spaces. Seems rather conceited, but I'm honestly tired of getting called a liar by internet trolls, so I may start doing the same.

I can guarantee if I candidly record my shirtless runs, lifts or heavy bag work, it will garner millions of views as well.

I'll need to record audio though. My latest run on the beach got a "fuck me, daddy" reaction from a fine Latina lounging under her umbrella as I galloped by like a thoroughbred stallion.

I also get a lot of jealous reactions from weak "men" who are obviously threatened by my mere existence when their girl is present.

The usual responses are:

"Showoff"

"He's tryna flex"

"He's probably gay"

"Who the hell is this guy?"

"Olympian."

"This guy is preparing for war"

"Must be insane."

"What a Chad"

"Now THAT's a stud!" (last time heard from a lesbian couple)

"I'm pregnant now."

"Horse genetics"

"There ya go" from one female friend to another, as if to say "there's your dream man"

"There's my husband"

"Anyway..."

"There's our race boy" (flattering, since I'm 41)

I do get many compliments from secure men who say things such as:

"I'm not gay, but... you are one sexy man"

"I'm not gay, but... you have beautiful eyes"

"I'm not gay, but... you are a fucking a Chad"

"I'm not gay, but... you are so handsome"

"If I were a chick, I'd fuck ya."

Sometimes a guy will nudge a girl he's walking next to towards my direction as we are walking towards each other up the street as she was obviously acknowledging my physical prowess.

Some guys will grab his female friend by the shoulders to keep her walking straight (or cover her eyes with his hand) as her eyes are glued to me as we pass by each other.

I could honestly go on forever.

It's difficult for me to make friends since many guys are too insecure to simply stand next to me and get mogged.

Jeff Bezos's wife fawning over Leo:

Men aren't exactly enthusiastic to introduce me to their girlfriends or wives either, which I can't blame them for. I'm sure it would be a different story if I were famous though since they would want to show off that they know a famous celebrity.

But more of this please, ladies:
