Ok, so I can post a comment on youtube, but what do you mean by a 'timeline'?

Please define timeline? I'm not so much interested in doing this myself, more as recognizing it within the comments on my own youtube channel.

With good content and good branding it can be very powerful.

If you work with adult links YT removes them easily and on top of that they penalize you (Although you can get by with 2 clicks away).

In this case the best places would be through:Watermarks and Call to Action during the video.

With good branding it can benefit you in SEO through an increase in brand searches on Google and direct entries to the website.

The bad: it takes a lot of time to produce and edit, you have to be focused on the long term.
