				 | Apart from meth... What's your favorite thing to cook for Christmas? I'm looking to do something different to the usual turkey, ham, beef, turducken stuff.

				 | Every other year I am in Australia for the holidays, so lots of grilling, like racks of lamb and prawns. At home I usually smoke or roast a duck. Turkey and ham suck. |

				 | here it's curried goat smells delicious but I stick to the ortaniques (cross between an orange and a tangerine). those are amazing don't think I know anyone in NA who actually likes turkey, and apparently it's a PITA to cook so weird to me everyone makes it for xmas and thanksgiving. like 'tradition' is one thing but c'mon

				 | That's usually Christmas Eve dinner for us. Bunch of Italian style fish, pastas, salads and dessert dishes. December 26th (Boxing Day) we'll end up doing a roast pork with all the trimmings. New Years is usually some ham type dish with a bunch of veggies and black eye peas.

				 | We let Flanigan's in Miami cook B-B-Q ribs for our Christmas dinner. A family tradition for over 30 years. Put some south in your mouth!
