Safe way to email newsletter to 19K users.
I have used Amazon SES but want to use my own email server that I set up on VPS. How would you space it out so the that IP doesn't go to spam libraries?

Send the emails at the beginning with a time delay and monitor your IP via:
https://www.spamhaus.org Most email provider use spamhaus. The correct DNS SPF, DKIM, DMARC settings are absolutely necessary. Here is a good site to test your settings: https://www.mail-tester.com Greetings Beaver
