Agreed on Epoch.

IBill sucks. Never want to help out, and rude on the phone.

We have used almost all of them and like Netbilling the best. WE sell memberships and products.

We use CCbill for backup but never need them so far. Stay away from Ibill and some of the newer ISPSPs as they probably wqill not be around long with all of the Visa problems.

Jettis has done me great!
I've been with them for about 6 months and they have GREAT customer service.
I used to be with another company that had worst customer service than Churches chicken.

After being with the other company for years and dealing with their bullshit when I needed help with Jettis, I was actually SHOCKED that they replied back so soon and were so helpful.

I wasn't used to that with the Churches Chicken Processor I had before.

CCBill have been nothing short of superb so far. Help is usually instant taking minutes at most rather than hours which is as it should be for something that important. Recommended.

I think you should most definitely do some research for yourself in more detail. It might also be a good idea to look into CCBill and Netbilling, depending on your needs and requirements.

Please feel free to e-mail me, if you want some contact info for those two.

I've tried all the big ones (except Epoch) and CCBill wins hands down.

Ummm... I think you mean she was the most helpful person at Epoch. She's been with Epoch since the beginning and most clients know her. She's great. And if you're going to be in Montreal for CyberNet Expo this week, you can meet and speak with her there. I'll be there too.

Change your sig to a smaller button following the rules or lose the whole thing.

Didn't see any sig rules, but it's done anyways.

Netbilling isn't a 3rd party processor... they're a gateway, so you'll need your own merchant account.

Thanks that means they're no longer an option.

I can see it now everyone at Ibills with there rubbermaid bins cleaning their desk, puting all their shit into the trunks of their cars. Thinking of where to go for a last day on the job beer. Laughing at all of us cutomers in a frenzy.
