Someone told me yesterday that the summer is their slowest
time of the year for traffic and signups.

Is this true for most of the webmasters and affilliate programs
out there?

It depends on who ya talk to...ya have to keep working and producing and not sit back and slide on what ya have going.

The college folk out of school is some of the impact, the thaw of spring has allowed others to be more outdoors, thats some of the slack, but the net is not all USA, there are foreign markets in snowstorms and schools as we speak

It all depends on if you slow down yourself on your work effort over the summer.

there was a noticable drop in traffic the last month. Too many people outdoors, barbeques, graduations, vacations.

in my experience it doesn't slow down during the summer, it just heats up during jan-march. things go back to normal by the summer.
