It's where the old Crocco's, Theatre, Baja was, north of Oakland on Federal, not the old location south of Oakland.

Don't look for it to stay open long.

Looked into renting the place for a photo studio a few months back and the deal was, it had to keep the solid gold name, and the cost was $200K, plus $15k a month rent.

Basically they wanted a new sucker to take over the club in an area where they girls can't get nude...of course competition all around them can....good luck surviving

I used to work for Michael Peters the man is a genius.

Even spent time at his home with Joe E during his huge CEN party was quite an honor to stay there

The man invented the strip club game.

this is comforting considering we are looking to partner with a club for the Players Ball at Internext and do something BIGGER than anyone has ever seen GIRL wise that is :-))

Maybe I need to make a call to that club instead of Dean ????
