I need one that allow me to charge users different rates depending on the section of the ads, allow them to upload thumbs (pics), and is user friendly. And I don't want to pay an harm and a leg for it.

I use the Premium version. I looked and looked at all of the different version out there for many months before I finally went with these guys.

The main reason I went with the premium version is because they have an affiliate program so I can have a revenue share with affiliates.

If I didn't care about an affiliate program, I would have probably gone with their Hosted Standard edition. Only $99 set up fee (which they do for you) and then $20 a month, which includes hosting. Not sure what you need it for or how much space you need, but having them set it up and host it for you will save you much time and headache.

Flow. I need it for a dating site (i.e. guy looking for girl, couple looking for couple, etc.). I need somthing simple where if they choose, they can upload their picture for others to see along with some text. The payment will be send by mail before the ad is approved and appears online.

I don't think I need their hosting for my small site, but I will need help in installing the script. I would even prefer, if they install it for me on my host.

They will do that for you and I believe they have a "personal version" that works well too. Just gotta make sure whatever you get is compatable with credit card processing.

The premium edition and real time credit card processing. Best way to do something like a dating site is to allow the people to place ads for free and charge for veiwing the ads which the program does too.
