For the globill haters
Fuck you...there were people (like me) who were with globill forever and didnt move to them to avoid paying the $750. Im from Holland and didnt had to pay it anyway.
My paysite was fairly small but still 1/3 or more of my income. And im fucked like alot of other honest webmasters. And KK maybe you should try to work at one company longer than 6 months instead of spending all your energy on this board. |

We also chose to stay with globill mainly becasue our system was so intergrated with theres, parner programs etc.
It had shit to do with 750 bucks, (which we paid anyway for our back up processor at that time) sure in looking back we can all say "i told you so" we got rapped,,,big time loosing thousands and thousands of dollars, lucky for us we are stable enough to be able ride this our however bitter it tastes, for others some whom I know well its hell and probably the end game for them....I really feel for those who just could not afford to loose. |

Battus I know how you feel
When the $750 was announced CCbill told me that they can only process for USA customers so I used Globill instead. I now have a partner in the USA and registered a Corp there recently so I will be using CCbill again as one of my options.

Yeah, I bullocked about this. Not because of the hassle, but because I really liked Globill and was with them prior to the $750 charge.
I had all the 'I' dotted and 'T' crossed tho, upto and including a second 'ready to go' join page on all of my sites without Globill just using CCBillEU (my backup) in case this happened. My big question is what to offer recurring members tho, I'm thinking a free months membership and coupla other goodies like a VISA SUX porn screensaver etc. I've also spent £47 taking VISA to the small claims court for £5000 damages (the max allowed I also wrote to VISA and asked them which IPSP's they were not going to put out of business and which they advised me to use. That reply will be interesting. All in all it's turned into an interesting coupla days

Small claims would be the best venue but you must show actual money damages so show receipts and such. But if you filed out of small claims they would just file for summary judgment and win against you probably with sanctions meaning they could bill you for the cost of attorney time and fees.
just my 2 cents... |
