I think it is a good deal. The sites already have traffic. You would get the $35k back within the first 6 months.

What affiliate software are you using on those sites?

If the buyer does not want to use the feeds from Hotwired then I will sell the sites and they can use whatever content provider they want. If there are any buyers interested make me an offer.
