what % do companies pay to content owners who let them use their content as a feed? recently had an offer but dont know what would be fair

Well if they're hosting the content then it can't exactly be classified as a "feed"
Most "feed" providers charge by the gig for the content. If they're going to serve up your content from their members area then basically you're just reselling it.

they have lots of feed customers as well as paysites of thier own..they want to sell it as a feed mainly...what % should i ask for?
