...for the first time in about 4 years. Curious sensation. Brought back memories.... not all bad, but mostly bad. Had to blow the dust off my clock radio last night in order to set it too.

Oh, I had a doctor's appointment. Not getting a jay oh bee or anything.

yeah i dont use my alarm anymore either..it caused a lot of undude stress for sure

i just wake up whenever..unfortunately for me..whenever is usually around 8am or so

havent used an alarm clock in years.

for some reason i wake up pretty much as soon as the sun comes up.

i am always out of bed before 8 thirty, ive been on a 3 am - 8 am sleep schedule for awhile now.

Wow, thanks for the link PK..alarm clocks don't do it for me anymore ..but a ringing phone has always made me jump out of bed quick!
Without something to wake me up I can easily sleep 12 to 14 hours...and go right back to bed in another 8 hours, lol
