Advice:

If you use a "Inc" firm to do it for you MAKE SURE and specify that they will not sell your address, phone number and so on. See it in writing on their TOS or something. Cause if you do here is how it will go....

The state you incorporate in can sell your info most of the time... I know I got incorporated once.. just did that and got a bank account nothing else.. I get shit in the mail all the damn time addressed to the company.

after i sent my paperwork in i got a few calls a day for a few months.. and all that mail they sent me... what a waste of postage... but i did get a few free pens with my company name on them

When I got incorporated my mailbox was flooded with Merchant Account junk and my phone was also ringing a lot.

Didn't get any free pens though
