Does anybody know how the magician programmers at sites like bigmouthfuls.com create these square thumbs for each episode? This appears very difficult to automate as the images are not inherently square and you'd have to crop a center area that might or might not be the best shot...how do they do it??

I think if you want the square thumbs to look good and crop a certain area of the pic with all the action, yoou are gonna prolly need to do it by hand.

If its for a quality paysite I know I would do it.

Most times the hard work pays off

yeah its tedious work you can always pay somone else to do it

You could do that.

If you really want full control over how your stuff is gonna look like, and your anal about the quality then there is only one real solution.

That is to do it yourself.
