As a personal note:

Bryce worked for me for many many years as a lead designer.

I cannot recommend him highly enough. His work ethic was dead on, his eye for design (and more importantly his inate knowlege of what converts and pulls) is beyond reproach.

For those who know me you know im a straight shooter so believe me when i say that you should seriously throw this desiger in particular some work. He's just starting out his freelance carrer, and we all wish him the best of luck.
