Paysite Sale Question - Help

When a paysite is sold how is the billing processor account transferred?

Scenario:

A site using IBill is sold to me. Is the IBill account information changed to reflect my new ownership? All rebills go to me? Or is a new IBill account created for the same domain in my name and all rebills lost (plus the $750 to VISA)?

Thank you for any insight. I am trying to plan out a purchase and smooth transition.

Generally you have a rigamrole of paperwork to go through with the processor but accounts are transferred to your name then the deposits go to your account, etc...

Thank you! Does anyone have personally experience with an account transfer with IBill?
