I like oatmeal, it makes me regular!
Eating oatmeal is one of the simple pleasures of life. It's not something you would ever order in a restaurant but at home it's great. The way it makes your shit so smoooth the next day, or sometimes just a few hours, after you eat it can't be beat.
Fiber!  I just thought I would share that with the GFY family.
