I am assuming your refering to Pay Per Click search engine traffic. There are a lot out there but a few major players like Findwhat, Overture, GoClick etc.
Check out http://www.payperclickguide.com/ If you scroll towards the bottom you will see plenty of PPC search engine reviews.

Overture, Findwhat, Google, all the major PPC boys and the smaller ones too... It takes a while to figure out how to convert each engine but its possible.
