Just got this email from Garill Content - GoFuckYourself.com

Can he revoke licenses like this ?

In my anger at the time AdultCheck terminated my puny little account with them in a matter of minutes from receiving their email, I made a post that I will not license any of our own content to be used on AdultCheck or any company that has any affiliation with Cybernet Ventures. They have chosen not to do business with me, and I reciprocated.

The exception was our bulk content. As of yesterday's announcement by these thieves who keep rebills hard earned by webmasters and terminating most of them on such short notice, ANYONE on Tier 1 or Tier 2, email me and explain to me why I should continue to honour the software license to our products to you for use on adultcheck. If your reason is good enough, we will not cancel your license, but it better be good, because as of Nov. 15, 2003 any of our content appearing on an AdultCheck (trademark, sorry) site will be sent a DMCA notice to cease and remove. Further action will be taken for non-compliance. They (adult check) have seen fit not only to not do busines with us but to not do business with the majority of the webmaster community. Those of you stupid enough to continue with this scam are going to have to do it without our product. Licenses are hereby totally revoked.

What does your license say? Does it say Garill reserves the right to revoke the license at any time? If so, you're screwed. If not, fuck them. Either way, I would not spend one single red cent with them ever again and anyone else with a brain will not, either. This is childish and stupid. You paid for your content license. It isn't your fault AdultCheck got a hair up its ass.

This is a clear case of the pot and the kettle. He's calling AdultCheck a scam while pulling this lousy bullshit? Please.

Ive never actually bought content from them and plan not to after this email.

Well being a content producer myself i have never heard of such a thing.

In the 7 years i have done business i have revoked 1 license.
And you all know who that is "Tom Davis".

I do think this company has pro screwed themselves tho.
