Need a little help with AGP's new version?

Hey people, I know someone here will be able to point me in the right direction. Here's my issues:

I have the AGP script and have had for years on Rude Bitch, so I decided it was time for an upgrade, I put the newest one on there, the 3.0 Beta one....... I LOVE the admin area and all that BUT I have a couple of issues I can't seem to figure out:

My Submit Page : I seem to have SOMEHOW gotten my scheme on there, although I am not sure HOW, but I can't find the template to edit to get my rules and recips and so on on there. When I hit the scripts thing in the admin, I edited that only to find out that THAT was the Partner Submit Page and not the general submit page!! So where do I edit the general submit form page? DAMMIT!!!!

NEXT:
On this page , my main page, I am trying to put permenant galleries on there with a few thumbs for that and I can't seem to get it on the damn page. I can't figure out the code to do this.

ANY help would be hugely appreciated as I have spent way more time than I planned on this as is.....

OH yes, and let me know what you think of my new layout, I did that all by my fucking self.

Ok, well I edited that, but while it shows my rules and recips on that page, when I build the pages and hit my submit page, everything BUT my rules and recips are on the page......... so how the hell do I fix THAT? LOL

ok, DUH....... found that submit issue. I was putting my rules and such in the wrong damn place on that script page. LOL
