HOw to change default from bmp to jpg in Windows XP?

I know this has been on here before, but how does one change or add the option to save pics as .jpg instead of .bmp in Windows XP? Currently it only gives the .bmp option.

Thanks!

clear your MSIE internet files out and reboot...it's something that happens when IE's load of files gets too large over a period of time...it likes to be kept clean to save right...

I have the same problem now and then, I thought it had something to do with the cookies or temp files, try to empty them!

Permanant solution? Reduce your cache to 100 MB. Even if you dump it, your cache db file will get corrupted, and you'll have problems saving files into apropriate types and viewing source code. Problem with IE6, it's Microsoft what do you expect?

Thanks all for the info!
Making the cache setting 100 mb really did the trick!
