But it's basically an in-house job. If you think you're more elite than me, you may always send me a resume and if it's really impressive I might consider it, but in house is preferred.

In Utrecht it's probably tuff, but I don't care where they live, as long as they're able to work here

It's bigger project, so it's way easier to have them here in real life.
